Welcome to Seoulful Skin (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, seoulful.skin, and any related services, products, memberships, appointments, facilities, equipment, content, or communications we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, booking, purchasing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make purchases, or independently consent to services.
Certain services may be available to minors with appropriate consent, supervision, or waiver requirements as outlined below.
2. Scope of Services
Seoulful Skin provides non-medical cosmetic and wellness services, including but not limited to:
Facials and skincare treatments
Lash services and aftercare
Skin analysis and cosmetic assessments
Tranquility Room access and wellness equipment
Retail skincare products
Membership programs
All Services are provided for cosmetic, wellness, and educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
3. Medical Disclaimer & Medical-Spa Crossover Protection
Seoulful Skin is not a medical facility and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All recommendations and skin analysis results are cosmetic and educational
Clients should consult a licensed medical professional for medical or dermatological concerns
Seoulful Skin is not responsible for outcomes related to underlying medical conditions or undisclosed health information
4. Client Responsibility & Health Disclosure
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information, including but not limited to:
Skin conditions (acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis)
Allergies or sensitivities
Medications (topical or oral)
Recent cosmetic or medical procedures
Pregnancy or nursing status
Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of adverse reactions. Seoulful Skin is not liable for outcomes related to undisclosed or inaccurate information.
5. Skin Sensitivity, Lash Services & Adverse Reactions
Clients acknowledge that cosmetic services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Temporary redness or irritation
Allergic reactions
Breakouts or skin changes
Lash services involve chemical processing and may carry an increased risk of irritation or sensitivity. Individual results vary, and Seoulful Skin does not guarantee outcomes.
6. Skin Analysis & Technology Disclaimer
Seoulful Skin may use skin analysis tools, facial scanning technology, or AI-assisted systems.
These tools do not provide medical diagnoses
Results are interpretive and educational only
Technology should not replace professional medical evaluation
7. Recommendations & Educational Content Disclaimer
Any skincare recommendations or educational content provided:
In person
On the website
Via email, social media, or other communications
Are for general informational purposes only. Clients assume full responsibility for implementing any recommendations.
8. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions but do not guarantee that all content is error-free or current.
Products should be used as directed. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a medical professional if needed.
9. Orders & Payments
By placing an order or booking a service, you agree that:
You are authorized to use the payment method provided
All submitted information is accurate
We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
Prices and availability may change without notice
10. Shipping
Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and may vary due to carrier delays. Seoulful Skin is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped.
11. Refunds & Returns – Products
Refunds and returns are governed by our Return Policy:

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Seoulful Skin.
12. Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice incur a 30% charge
Fees will be charged to the payment method on file
By booking, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
13. Tranquility Room Access & Wellness Equipment
The Tranquility Room and all associated amenities (including massage chairs, compression therapy, red light therapy, and relaxation equipment):
Are provided for wellness and relaxation purposes only
Do not provide medical treatment
Are subject to availability, posted rules, and staff discretion
Seoulful Skin reserves the right to limit or revoke access for safety concerns, misuse, or disruption of the space.
14. Photo & Media Consent
By receiving services, clients grant permission for photos or videos taken before, during, or after treatments for:
Client records
Education and training
Marketing and promotional use
Images will not be sold. Identifying information will not be shared without consent. Clients waive rights to compensation or ownership. Consent may be revoked in writing for future use.
15. Minors, Consent & Supervision Policy
Seoulful Skin provides services to minors under the following conditions:
Under 16 years old:
A parent or legal guardian must be present during services.Ages 16–17:
A parent or legal guardian is not required to remain in the room, provided a separate written waiver and consent form is signed and on file.
The parent or legal guardian:
Accepts all risks on behalf of the minor
Confirms accuracy of health information
Assumes financial responsibility
Seoulful Skin reserves the right to refuse services to minors at its discretion.
16. Membership Program Terms
Seoulful Skin offers limited memberships subject to the following terms:
Memberships are billed monthly
A one-year commitment is required
A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation after the first year
Monthly services must be used within the billing month and do not roll over
One unused monthly service per year may be gifted to a friend or family member
Membership privileges are non-transferable
Prices and benefits may change with notice
Tranquility Room access is subject to availability and conduct rules.
17. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activity under your account. Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated.
18. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, images, text, and materials are owned by or licensed to Seoulful Skin. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
19. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the site for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with site operations
Use bots, scrapers, or automation
Misrepresent information or commit fraud
20. Third-Party Links
Seoulful Skin is not responsible for third-party websites or policies. Access them at your own risk.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Kentucky law, Seoulful Skin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or product.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seoulful Skin from claims arising from:
Services received
Information provided or omitted
Product use or misuse
Reliance on recommendations
24. Force Majeure
Seoulful Skin is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.
