Refund Eligibility

All refund and return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and product integrity.

Returns

Because skincare products are sensitive and cannot be resold once opened, returns are approved at the sole discretion of Seoulful Skin.
To request a return, please submit a message through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your request. Once reviewed, our team will provide next steps if the return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or digital products

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
